We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Legal Intern to join our Corporate Law team in Valencia. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment at one of the top law firms. You will work alongside experienced corporate lawyers, assisting with a variety of tasks related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and general corporate advisory. This role is ideal for law students who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a practical setting and develop a strong foundation in corporate law.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct legal research on corporate law matters, regulations, and case precedents.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including contracts, corporate minutes, and resolutions.
• Prepare due diligence reports for M&A transactions.
• Support lawyers in preparing for client meetings, presentations, and court proceedings.
• Organize and maintain legal documents and client files.
• Attend internal team meetings and relevant client discussions to gain insight into ongoing cases.
• Perform administrative tasks as required by the corporate legal team.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Currently enrolled in a Law degree program (preferably in the final years or pursuing a Master's degree in Corporate Law).
• Excellent academic record.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in a legal setting, even if non-corporate, is a plus.
• Knowledge of an additional language (e.g., French, German) is an asset.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate law, M&A, and commercial transactions.
