Are you passionate about cycling and eager to learn a specialized craft? Decathlon is seeking a motivated Bicycle Wheel Lacer Trainee to join our manufacturing and assembly team in Arrecife. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training in the precise art of bicycle wheel lacing and truing. You will learn how to build high-quality wheels from scratch, ensuring safety, durability, and performance. Responsabilidades Clave

• Participate actively in a structured training program to learn all aspects of bicycle wheel lacing and truing.
• Learn to identify and select correct spokes, hubs, and rims according to specifications.
• Develop proficiency in lacing various wheel patterns (e.g., 3-cross, radial) for different bicycle types.
• Master the use of truing stands, spoke wrenches, and tension meters to achieve perfectly true and tensioned wheels.
• Conduct quality checks on all completed wheels to ensure they meet Decathlon's rigorous standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize production flow and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly department.
