Hard Rock Cafe Barcelona is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Waitstaff / Server to join our team immediately. As a Server, you will be the face of our expat pub, ensuring every guest feels welcome and receives exceptional service. Responsabilidades Clave

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, answer questions about food and beverage items, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns.
• Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or pub environment (minimum 6 months preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
• Fluent in English (essential for an expat pub).
• Basic knowledge of Spanish (preferred, but not required to start).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Experience with POS systems (e.g., Aloha, Micros).
• Knowledge of local food and beverage regulations.
