We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring that our key organizational initiatives are adopted successfully across the business, maximizing employee engagement and minimizing resistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in change management methodologies. Given our global client base and internal communication needs, fluency in English is an absolute requirement for this position, enabling you to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and project teams.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and resistance management.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify potential risks and opportunities related to change initiatives.
• Create and deliver engaging communications plans to various stakeholder groups, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.
• Design and execute training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills for new processes, systems, and roles.
• Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics for potential resistance to change.
• Track and report on change adoption metrics, success rates, and other relevant KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, HR, and senior leadership to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and supervisors on how to lead their teams through change.
• Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and budget.
• Ensure all documentation and communications are professionally written and articulate in English.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a dedicated change management role.
• Demonstrated experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR model).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to influence and persuade without direct authority.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci Certification).
• Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Catalan is a plus, but not required.
