We are actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waitstaff / Server to join our dynamic team at The Thirsty Bull Pub. If you are a friendly, efficient individual with a passion for hospitality and are ready to jump into a bustling environment, we want to hear from you! This is an immediate start position, perfect for someone eager to contribute to a lively expat community. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring our patrons have a memorable experience, and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, offering recommendations as appropriate.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently to tables.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down tables and cleaning.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
