We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Handyman / Maintenance Worker to join our property support team in Denia. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and excellent condition of our hotel facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for our guests and staff. Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on hotel equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, addressing issues such as leaks, faulty fixtures, and minor electrical problems.
• Conduct general repairs and upkeep of the property, including painting, carpentry, plastering, and general facility maintenance.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify and report necessary repairs or replacements.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Assist with the installation of new equipment and fixtures as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to guest services during maintenance work.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in general maintenance, repair, and property upkeep.
• Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common mechanical and operational issues.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and practices in a maintenance environment.
• Good physical condition and stamina to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
