We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across our English-speaking markets. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of the affiliate landscape, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of optimizing affiliate programs.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, ensuring a diverse and high-performing partner portfolio.
• Nurture and grow relationships with existing affiliates through regular communication and performance analysis.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Negotiate competitive commission structures and advantageous terms with partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to align affiliate activities with broader company goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in affiliate marketing.
• Manage affiliate budgets and ensure campaigns operate within financial guidelines.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on affiliate program performance to stakeholders.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager or similar role (minimum 4 years).
• Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrable success in managing and growing affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms and tools (e.g., AWIN, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising).
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on ROI.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Experience within the online travel, e-commerce, or iGaming industries.
• Fluency in Spanish or another European language is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles as they relate to affiliate marketing.
