Are you passionate about working outdoors and contributing to the vital agricultural sector? Anecoop is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Agricultural Field Hands to join our team in Valencia. This is an entry-level position, and absolutely no prior experience is required! We are looking for individuals eager to learn, work hard, and grow with us. You will be an integral part of our field operations, supporting the cultivation, harvesting, and maintenance of various crops. Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting various crops according to seasonal schedules.
• Perform general field maintenance tasks, including weeding, pruning, and irrigation setup.
• Operate basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision, after appropriate training.
• Monitor crop health and report any issues to supervisors.
• Assist with the preparation of produce for transport and storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

• Physical ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
