Descripción del Trabajo

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Architectural Assistant to join our dynamic design studio in Arrecife. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to contribute to innovative and sustainable architectural projects across various scales, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will support architects and designers through all project stages, from conceptual design to construction documentation.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Assist senior architects and designers in the development of design concepts, presentations, and technical drawings.
  • Prepare and develop architectural models, renderings, and visualisations using various software.
  • Conduct research on materials, building systems, and design precedents to inform project decisions.
  • Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules in line with project requirements and local regulations.
  • Participate in design reviews and team meetings, providing input and ideas.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and contractors as required.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy and consistency.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong graphic and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED/BREEAM certification processes.
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions and technical proficiency.
