Gotham Greens is seeking a dedicated and energetic Basil Field Laborer – Farm Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals passionate about agriculture, eager to learn, and comfortable with hands-on outdoor work. As a vital member of our farm team, you will assist with all aspects of basil cultivation, from planting to harvesting, ensuring the highest quality produce for our customers. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires physical stamina and a keen eye for detail.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform various manual tasks related to basil cultivation, including planting, transplanting, weeding, and pruning.
• Assist with the harvesting, sorting, and packaging of basil according to quality standards and production schedules.
• Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Monitor basil plants for signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies and report findings to supervisors.
• Participate in irrigation activities, ensuring proper water distribution to crops.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fields, growing areas, and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
