We are seeking a professional and vigilant Bouncer / Door Staff member to join our dynamic team at our premier expat club in Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests, ensuring compliance with club policies and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing a positive experience while effectively managing crowd control and security. Responsabilidades Clave

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Verify identification to ensure all patrons are of legal drinking age and have valid entry credentials.
• Monitor entry and exit points, managing guest flow efficiently.
• Maintain order and enforce club policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests and staff.
• Resolve conflicts or disturbances calmly and effectively, de-escalating situations as necessary.
• Conduct thorough searches for prohibited items if required, in accordance with club policy.
• Collaborate closely with internal security, management, and bar staff.
• Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as per established protocols.
• Complete incident reports accurately and promptly when necessary.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in a security or bouncer role, preferably in a nightlife or hospitality setting.
• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Security Guard license or relevant certifications.
• Experience working in an international or expat-focused venue.
• Additional language skills (e.g., Catalan, French, German).
• First Aid and CPR certification.
