We are seeking an exceptionally polished and highly experienced English Native Butler / Household Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure the impeccable smooth running of a magnificent private residence in Adeje, Tenerife. This pivotal role demands a professional with an innate understanding of luxury service, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing all aspects of household affairs. The ideal candidate will be a true connoisseur of hospitality, dedicated to providing a seamless and discreet experience for the principals and their guests. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining household inventories, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all services meet the highest standards of luxury and efficiency.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manage and supervise all household staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Oversee the daily operations of the residence, ensuring all areas are maintained to an impeccable standard.
• Coordinate and manage all external vendors, contractors, and service providers (e.g., gardeners, cleaning, maintenance).
• Handle all aspects of household inventories, procurement, and budget management.
• Plan, organize, and execute private events, dinner parties, and functions with precision.
• Provide personalized butler service to principals and guests, including serving meals, drinks, and anticipating needs.
• Manage diaries and travel arrangements for principals as required.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure security.
• Manage household technology and smart home systems.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Butler or Household Manager in a high-net-worth private residence or luxury hospitality setting.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff.
• Proficiency in household budgeting and inventory management.
• Impeccable personal presentation and etiquette.
• Deep understanding of luxury service standards and discretion.
• Valid driver's license.
