We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. This is a commission-based role focused on serving the thriving expat community in the region. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with expatriates, offering them tailored financial planning and wealth management solutions. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping clients secure their financial future. Responsabilidades Clave

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the expatriate market in Puerto del Carmen and surrounding areas.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice.
• Present and explain a range of financial products and services, ensuring suitability for individual client circumstances.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed about market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes relevant to the expat community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in field sales or a client-facing sales role, preferably within financial services or a related industry.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, German, Scandinavian languages) are a significant advantage.
• Understanding of the unique financial needs and challenges of expatriates.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience selling financial products or services to the expat market.
• Relevant financial qualifications or certifications (e.g., CII, CISI).
• Existing network within the expat community in Lanzarote.
• Experience with CRM systems.
