We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Golf Club Grip Installer to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art sporting goods factory in Barcelona. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the precise application of grips to golf clubs, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency for our renowned TaylorMade products. This position requires excellent manual dexterity, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining production efficiency while upholding our brand’s reputation for excellence.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Prepare golf clubs for grip application by cleaning and inspecting shafts.
• Accurately measure and cut grip tape to specification.
• Apply new grips to a variety of golf clubs (drivers, irons, wedges, putters) using specialized tools and techniques.
• Ensure grips are aligned correctly and secured firmly, meeting TaylorMade's quality standards.
• Perform quality checks on finished clubs to identify and correct any imperfections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and factory guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
