We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Product to lead our product development efforts in Valencia. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of product lifecycle management, user-centric design, and a proven track record of bringing successful products to market. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in defining and executing our product strategy, fostering innovation, and driving growth in alignment with our global vision. Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for this role, as you will be collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Define, communicate, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development and deployment.
• Establish and monitor key product metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and achieve business objectives.
• Communicate product updates, performance, and strategy to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring our products solve real customer problems and deliver exceptional value.
• Manage the product budget and resources effectively.

Habilidades Requeridas

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Head of Product, Director of Product, VP Product).
• Proven track record of defining and launching successful digital products in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to product development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire product teams.
• Expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and execution.
• Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles and agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Experience in the on-demand, e-commerce, or logistics industry.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Experience working in a global or multi-cultural environment.
