We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. This role is crucial for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management methodologies and a proven track record of successful project delivery. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will be coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional looking to make a significant impact in a global consulting environment. Fluency in Spanish is not a requirement for this particular role.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven working experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
