We are seeking an exceptional Leadership Coach specializing in Executive Training to join our dynamic team in Ibiza Town. This pivotal role involves partnering with C-suite executives and senior leaders across various industries to enhance their leadership capabilities, drive strategic initiatives, and foster high-performing teams. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering bespoke coaching programs, facilitating workshops, and providing personalized guidance that empowers leaders to navigate complex challenges and achieve their organizational goals. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site client engagement and office presence with flexible remote work.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Deliver one-on-one executive coaching sessions tailored to individual leader development plans.
• Design and facilitate group leadership training workshops and executive development programs.
• Conduct comprehensive leadership assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with clients to define coaching objectives and measure progress against agreed-upon KPIs.
• Develop customized training materials and resources for executive education.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and program success.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices in leadership development, and adult learning theories.
• Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposal creation.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven expertise in executive coaching and leadership development (minimum 5 years).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with senior executives.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Proficiency in designing and delivering engaging training content.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional coaching certification from a recognized body (e.g., ICF PCC or MCC).
• Experience working in a global consulting firm or a large corporate learning and development function.
• Deep understanding of various leadership models and assessment tools.
