We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Network Security Engineer to join our corporate office in Jerez de la Frontera. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the security of our corporate network infrastructure. You will work within a dynamic team to protect our systems and data from evolving cyber threats, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our network services. This is an on-site position requiring a strong commitment to enhancing our security posture.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Design, implement, and maintain secure network architectures and configurations.
• Monitor network security systems and respond to security incidents and alerts.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
• Develop and enforce network security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, and other security solutions.
• Collaborate with IT operations and development teams to integrate security best practices into all projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Participate in security audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on network security matters to various stakeholders.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum 3 years of experience in network security engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network protocols.
• Proficiency with firewall technologies (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet).
• Experience with IDS/IPS, SIEM, VPNs, and other network security tools.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Experience with vulnerability management and penetration testing tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA Security, CCNP Security, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation.
• Experience in a telecommunications or large enterprise environment.
