We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Planner – Factory Logistics to join our dynamic team in Marbella. In this critical role, you will be responsible for optimizing production schedules, managing inventory levels, and coordinating logistical activities to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods within our factory operations. You will play a key role in maximizing production efficiency, minimizing costs, and meeting customer demand through effective planning and communication. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and implement detailed production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and resource availability.
• Monitor production progress against plans, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels to prevent shortages and minimize holding costs.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and transportation teams to facilitate material flow and product distribution.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and logistical KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Production Planner, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of production planning principles, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications in Production and Inventory Management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP).
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
