We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Relocation Consultant – Expat Services to join our team in Platja d’Aro. This role is crucial in supporting expatriates and their families as they transition to life in Spain. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the relocation process, from initial contact to post-arrival support, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for helping others adapt to new environments.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Serve as the primary point of contact for relocating expatriates, understanding their specific needs and requirements.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the relocation process, including home search, school search, settling-in services, and departure services.
• Provide comprehensive information and guidance on local customs, culture, public services, and daily living in Spain.
• Assist clients with administrative tasks such as opening bank accounts, obtaining local registrations, and utility setup.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, schools, and service providers.
• Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the relocation.
• Maintain accurate records and update client files in our CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant local regulations.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in relocation, real estate, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated empathy, cultural sensitivity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience living or working abroad.
• Knowledge of the local Platja d'Aro/Girona area and Spanish administrative procedures.
• Additional language proficiency (e.g., Catalan, French, German).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, International Relations, or a related field.
