We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to protect our corporate site in Arrecife, Lanzarote. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and company assets. This role requires strong observational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to respond effectively to various security situations. Responsabilidades Clave

• Monitor premises and personnel to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Operate security equipment such as CCTV systems and access control technologies.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Apprehend trespassers and report incidents to law enforcement.
• Control access points, verify credentials, and direct visitors.
• Conduct regular patrols of the building and perimeter.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures.
• Familiarity with security equipment (e.g., X-ray machines, CCTV, access control systems).
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Valid security guard license for Spain.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English (additional languages a plus due to tourism).
• Experience in a corporate or financial institution security setting.
• Knowledge of local security regulations in the Canary Islands.
