We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Watchmaker to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the repair, maintenance, and restoration of high-end mechanical and quartz watches. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, a steady hand, and a deep understanding of complex horological mechanisms. You will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence by ensuring every timepiece is serviced to the highest standards, meeting both manufacturer specifications and customer expectations.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Perform full services, repairs, and overhauls on a wide range of luxury mechanical and quartz watches.
- Diagnose watch problems, disassembling, cleaning, lubricating, and reassembling movements.
- Replace worn or broken components, including gears, springs, crystals, crowns, and gaskets.
- Regulate and adjust watches for optimal timekeeping accuracy.
- Conduct water resistance testing and ensure seals are properly maintained.
- Maintain a clean and organized workbench and adhere to all workshop safety protocols.
- Document all repairs and services accurately, ensuring proper record-keeping.
- Provide technical support and expertise to sales staff regarding watch functionality and care.
- Continuously update knowledge on new watch technologies and brands through training and self-study.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proficiency in disassembling, cleaning, assembling, and lubricating watch movements.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and quartz movements.
- Strong knowledge of various watch calibers and brands.
- Excellent manual dexterity and fine motor skills.

- WOSTEP, SAWTA, or equivalent watchmaking certification.
