We are seeking a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our esteemed U-Spa team at Hotel Barceló Montecastillo Golf. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing an unparalleled spa experience, delivering a range of therapeutic and relaxing massage treatments, and upholding the highest standards of guest care and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of human anatomy, and a genuine desire to enhance guest well-being.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and aromatherapy massages, customized to guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment room environment.
• Consult with guests to understand their specific needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Educate guests on the benefits of regular massage and other spa services.
• Adhere to all sanitation and hygiene standards as per spa and local regulations.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere and reputation of the U-Spa.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a spa or luxury hotel setting.
• Proficiency in various massage modalities (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
• Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Additional certifications in specialized massage techniques (e.g., prenatal, sports massage).
• Experience with spa software and booking systems.
