We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Organizational Development Consultant to join our growing Human Capital team in Barcelona. This role is crucial for delivering strategic OD solutions to our diverse international client base. You will be responsible for assessing organizational effectiveness, designing and implementing change management strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OD methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and native-level fluency in English to effectively engage with multinational clients and project teams.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and development.
• Design, develop, and implement tailored organizational development strategies and programs.
• Lead and facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
• Develop and deliver training workshops and coaching sessions on various OD topics (e.g., leadership development, team effectiveness, performance management).
• Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to align OD initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of OD interventions and report on ROI.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in organizational development and human capital.
• Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in organizational development or human capital consulting.
• Strong understanding of OD theories, models, and methodologies (e.g., change management, talent management, organizational design).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and international clients.
• Proficiency in project management and workshop facilitation.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, MBA, or a related discipline.
• Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci) or relevant OD tools.
• Experience working with multinational corporations or in a global consulting environment.
• Fluency in Spanish or other European languages is a plus.
• Proficiency with HRIS or organizational analytics tools.
