We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Scuba Dive Master to join our team at a premier coastal resort in Tarifa, Cadiz. This is an incredible opportunity for a passionate individual to lead unforgettable diving experiences, ensure the safety of our guests, and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our resort. The ideal candidate will be a highly competent diver, an excellent communicator in English, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service in a beautiful marine environment.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead certified divers on guided fun dives in accordance with PADI standards and local regulations.
• Conduct dive briefings, ensure proper equipment checks, and manage dive logistics.
• Assist instructors with dive courses and provide support to students as required.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and ensure the dive center is clean and organized.
• Promote dive center services and encourage guest participation in diving activities.
• Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all divers and snorkelers under supervision.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local marine life and dive sites.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with guests.
• Assist with emergency procedures and administer first aid if necessary.

Habilidades Requeridas

• PADI Divemaster certification or equivalent.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (EFR or equivalent).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a certified Divemaster.
• Proven ability to lead dives safely and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong swimming ability and physical fitness.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, German, French).
• Specialty Instructor ratings (e.g., Deep Diver, Wreck Diver).
• Experience working in a resort or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of local marine conservation efforts and initiatives.
• Boat handling and minor mechanical skills.
